God has appointed these IN the Ekklessia. Is there still the Ekklessia today? That answer would be YES. The logical conclusion then is these things still exist. Why? Because the EKKLESSIA exists.

But, not everyone is an Apostle, not everyone is a prophet, not everyone is a teacher, not everyone is a worker of miracles, not all have gifts of healings, not everyone will pray in tongues, not everyone will interpret.

Are the gifts available to all? Yes. Just ask the Father to bless you with them in Jesus Name. However, we can all Speak in Tongues, we can all lay hands on the sick and they shall recover and we can all as Believers cast out devils. How do we know that other than from undeniable personal experience? See Mark 16:15-18 below.

I Corinthians 12:27-31 NKJV
[27] Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. [28] And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. [29] Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? [30] Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? [31] But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.

Mark 16:15-18 NKJV
[15] And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. [16] He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. [17] And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; [18] they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

When will this end?

1. When the Ekklessia no longer exists on earth…
2. Till we ALL come into the Unity of the Faith…
3. When that which is perfect is come (In Heaven)

Ephesians 4:11-22, 24 NKJV
[11] And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, [12] for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, [13] till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; [14] that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, [15] but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— [16] from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.  [17] This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, [18] having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; [19] who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. [20] But you have not so learned Christ, [21] if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: [22] that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
[24] and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

I Corinthians 13:8-12 NKJV
[8] Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. [9] For we know in part and we prophesy in part. [10] But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away. [11] When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. [12] For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

Miracles, signs and wonders will not cease until we are all together in the presence of our Almighty Heavenly Father for eternity.
